Requirements

1. 48 can minimum on all silk-screen orders.
   
2. 4-6 week lead time on all silk-screen orders.
   
3. 50% deposit due at time order is placed.
   Balance is due when silk-screening is completed.

Hard Copy
- Black and White camera-ready art produces the best silk-screen results

- If screen patterns are required, please call us at (708) 386-3373

- Hard Copy images should be as close as possible to actual imprint size (Business card size logos do not reproduce well.)

Electronic Art Transfer Disk
- All artwork should be actual imprint size or larger

- All artwork should have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi @ 100%

- If document contains text, please send the font files with the document (Mac only)

- If document contains graphics, please convert all text to curves or embed fonts

- When sending artwork on disk, please provide the following information:
The platform used (PC or MAC), the program name, including the version used to create the file and the file name with extension, example: PC, Adobe PhotoShop 5.0, art file.tif

- Please send a print out of the artwork along with the disk

File Formats
We prefer all artwork to be one of the following formats:

For One Color Artwork: Logos should be solid line art – preferably black & white.

• TIF – Tagged Image File Format

• JPG – JPEG

• AI – Adobe Illustrator 8.0

• QXD – QuarkXpress 3.32 or 4.0

Multiple Color Artwork or artwork requiring separation, use:
Spot colors (solids) Do Not Use CYMK (Cyan, Yellow, Magenta, Black) or RGB (Red, Green, Blue).

• AI: Adobe Illustrator

• EPS: Encapsulated PostScript

• QXD: QuarkXpress 3.32 or 4.0

• TIF: Tagged Image File Format

Additional Charges
A $50/hour fee will be charged if artwork needs to be re-designed for reproduction purposes. We will notify you of any estimated charges prior to starting work.
